1How much will it cost for you to take my loved one to a scheduled appointment?
Each situation is different. Most transports cost the patient absolutely nothing and are covered by the patient’s insurance. Never be afraid to call for a quote because we accept most insurances including Medicare, Medicaid, BCBC, Aetna, Humana, United Health Care just to name a few.
2There is a huge storm that the weatherman says is going towards my mother or father’s residence. The family and I are worried about the safety of our loved one. Can you go to the gulf coast and transport the patient to my residence or to safer facility?

4What happens if the scheduled transport that I or my loved one needs is not covered by our insurance?
In the case where a new or existing patients’ insurance will not cover the costs of a transport, pleas do not panic. Our billing staff will calculate the millage, time and resources needed for your pacific transport and give you a out of pocket price for the transport. At this point we will try our best to accommodate your situation.
5Can I ride with my loved one inside of the ambulance to and or from a scheduled appointment?
Well of course. We understand how important it is for loved ones to accompany a friend, client, or family member to a medical appointment. Please feel free to let us know that you need a person to accompany you on a scheduled transport.
